The integration of an 11-meter-high waterfall with a 23-meter span, along with terraced landscaping and natural topography-inspired mounds, creates a visually striking and immersive environment. Environmental considerations extend beyond the rooftop and waterfall. The building’s glass façade and high-performance insulation maximize daylight usage and minimize energy loss, reflecting the project’s commitment to sustainable design.

The complex offers extensive leisure and entertainment amenities across the 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors, including:

  • Six state-of-the-art cinemas
  • A 21,527 ft² indoor amusement park
  • A fully equipped concert hall
