The Comprehensive Cancer Hospital project commenced in 2014 under the architectural design and consultancy of Erga. The facility consists of nine clinical floors and 70 dedicated inpatient rooms, purpose-built to provide specialized cancer prevention, diagnosis, and treatment services. The center is equipped with state-of-the-art medical technologies to deliver advanced oncological care aligned with international standards.

LARMA served as the principal consultant for medical equipment planning, procurement strategy, and acquisition. The scope of services included advisory and purchasing management for highly specialized systems such as Linear Accelerators for radiotherapy from Varian Medical Systems (USA), a 1.5 Tesla MRI system from Philips, PET-CT systems, and other advanced diagnostic and therapeutic equipment.

In addition, LARMA acted as the High-Level Supervisory Consultant during the construction phase, overseeing contractor performance, reviewing and approving progress payments, and managing the procurement of specialized construction materials essential to hospital-grade infrastructure. LARMA successfully delivered comprehensive supervision, engineering procurement management, and highly specialized medical equipment consultancy services for this landmark oncology project.
